Keep it simple and seasonal. Think crisp farmers market zucchini, handfuls of fresh torn basil, a generous drizzle of really good olive oil, and a snowfall of salty Parmesan, all tossed with perfectly cooked pasta. It’s unfussy, fresh, and meant to be shared. Perfect for any summer night as well as leftovers for days afterwards.
Pasta Salad Ingredients: pasta, zucchini, arugula, parmesan cheese, fresh basil, shallot, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar
